This is where we collaborate mapping complex patterns in your day-to-day life that are holding you back from achieving your goals and wildest dreams. With over 15+ years of experience in pattern mapping and psychology I can help you map even the most challenging patterns that you continue to face. Using my uniquely adaptive ability to attune to your patterns in real time, we will break down why and how something is happening together. I will ask series of pinpointed questions along with somatic check-ins to help us better understand what is happening in your nervous system and mind when facing these challenges. You will come out of this session with transformation if you enter it with: ~ an open mind ~ the desire for honesty above all ~ a will for success ~ availability to feel and/or explore the self I will not do the work for you, or provide the answers for you, but I will ask just the right questions and provide just the needed reflections that will become the catalyst in untangling this stuck pattern for you, for good. Expect weeks of integration time to fully digest and absorb what we've chatted about. Integration can be instant, but it also takes time to become. If you've left with things to think about, new questions, or even a sense of falling foundation, these are signs the integration has started, and so the next loop in the pattern/larger pattern is nearing. Sometimes we are able to break apart the belief or pattern in one go. It all depends on where you're at in your nervous system, where you're at energetically, and how open you are to new information. If you have inner parts that often block you with energy of "I don't believe anything can change" this untangling can and probably will take longer. Those protectors can slow down progress exponentially. ~ after our session, I’ll send you a written reflection within 1-3 days summarizing the key patterns, themes, and beliefs that we discussed during our time together. ~ if our session is held over zoom, you'll receive a recording link that will be downloadable for up to 30 days after the session. ~ if our session is held over a phone call you will receive the written summary alone.
