Service Description

Here is where you start the process of untangling the lifelong patterns that have kept you back from your dreams for a lifetime. During this session I use my 15+ years of background, study, and hands-on work in the psychology and intuitive world to support you in creating a peaceful, passionate, and truly authentic & coherent life. I have successfully helped dozens of people in my life to create the change they desire from the inside out, in a way that sticks - for good. For this session to be fully transformative it requires a desire to grow, a will for success, open-mindedness, an ability to lie ego down and see beyond it, and the courage to look at the self very honestly and feel what lies under the surface. This session was created for those ready to take their intuition, self-reflection, and growth to the next level. This session WILL be compassionately transformative, if, you're ready for change to happen. From chaos to coherence, we go. At the beginning of every session, we recap the goals listed on your form and questionnaire verifying those will still be our focus for the day. I will have spent at least 24 hours preparing our session along with any creative or writing activities, resources, mapping, meditations, or discussions best suited for our session. 𖦹 Some typical tools used during sessions together may consist of: ~ live pattern mapping ~ self-reflection ~ art or writing energy experimentation ~ tarot ~ nervous system regulation practice ~ guided visualizations ~ modality practice ......... We will meet either on the phone or on zoom for an hour. I generally recommend allowing some time directly after the session to integrate what we spoke about, and I recommend at least 1-2 weeks until booking another session for deeper integration. This offering is capped at a specific number of sessions per month. If the slot you choose is not available, you will receive an email from me within 24-48 hours from booking time (if not out of office) asking for another time you may like to reschedule in the following weeks or month. 𖦹 2-5 days after booking your session you will receive: ~ a questionnaire & form to complete ~ a zoom link 𖦹 24-48 hours after your session you will receive: ~ a downloadable zoom recording link ~ a personal Dropbox folder link ~ a document with the summary of our session along with any other resources or information we discussed
