Pattern Mapping: 6-Session Series During this 6-session series we will map longer, even more complex and layered patterns in real time across multiple sessions. This includes relationships, work and career, power dynamics, trauma responses, and identity so that you can see yourself clearly enough to finally untangle the patterns that keep you stuck in a life that is incoherent with the one you're ready to be living. This session will also include live pattern tracking and documentation to create clarity around patterns that create long-term confusion and dissatisfaction in life. This 6-series is best for you if you're experiencing transitions from systems that may are unhealthy or not serving you, deciding to reorient yourself towards your unrealized inner dreams or goals, untangling relational dynamics that are not serving you or keeping you in a dysfunctional or painful loop. the 6-session series has a clear and defined arc to give you a concrete idea of the space that will be held during these sessions. Patterns are tracked across multiple sessions, system roles and adaptions are named and shared, places where fear and power dynamics are confusing your inner compass all through slowing the nervous system down enough for this information to clarify and land. You will leave your 3 series sessions with a 1–2 page synthesis with themes and insights within your patterns and their impact on your life currently. This offering is priced at $990 ($165/session)
